Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Adult Signature Requirement
All orders containing tobacco products require an adult signature upon delivery. The recipient must meet the legal age requirement (19+) and may be required to present valid government-issued identification.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted and no eligible recipient is available:
The carrier may reattempt delivery or hold the package at a local facility
It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery or pickup
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where shipping may violate provincial or federal regulations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, GW Cigars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
