Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all tobacco sales are final.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars or tobacco products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues
Claims related to shipping damage or loss must be reported promptly. We may assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

GW Cigars reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements where abuse of this policy is suspected.
